Refund and Returns Policy

Introduction

At ThinkByte IT Solutions, customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that there may be times where errors are encountered with digital products. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how we handle such cases for digital software keys, and how future physical product sales will be managed.

Digital Products (Software Keys)

Error Reporting
- If you encounter an error when redeeming a digital license key, we require the following information:
  - A screenshot of the code being entered.
  - A screenshot of the error encountered.
Investigation Process
- Once the above information has been received, an investigation will commence within one to three business days.
- Please note that this timeframe is approximate and may take longer depending on the complexity and nature of the code.
Outcome
- If the error with the code is confirmed, a refund or replacement will be issued.
- For redeemed codes: If the code has already been redeemed after being seen by the customer, it is considered used, and we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Timeframe for Reporting
- Errors must be reported to us within 25 days of the date of purchase.
- No refund or replacement will be provided for errors reported more than 30 days after purchase.

Physical Products (Future Sales)

If physical products are introduced in the future:

Returns will be accepted in accordance with South African consumer protection laws.
Customers must notify us within the statutory period for returns.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

General Conditions

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Shipping costs (if applicable for physical products) are non‑refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements if the required evidence is not provided or if misuse of the product is suspected.
