Orders and Payment

  1. All orders placed through our Website are subject to acceptance.
  2. Payment must be made using approved payment gateways (e.g., PayFast, Peach Payments). We do not store full card details.
  3. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

  1. Digital Keys: Delivered instantly via email or customer account after payment confirmation.
  2. Physical Products: If introduced, delivery times and shipping costs will be communicated at checkout.

Refunds and Returns

  1. Digital Products: Refunds are only processed if the license key is proven invalid or defective. Customers may be required to provide error codes or screenshots for verification.
  2. Physical Products: If introduced, returns will be accepted in accordance with South African consumer protection laws.
